Great action movie Expendables!

Today I'm tired so I don't want to write anything about my previous topics – I need to relax and write something easy and not to complicate. I just want to lie down on my coach and watch stupid films. I watched few days ago great movie called the Expandables. It is one of the amazing action movies I ever saw in my entire life. The expectation for this movie is quite high with one of the top action hero line ups in cinematic history. It's impressive and I just can't wait to see sequel – they are talking seriously about that. This movie did what it needed to do - it was not afraid to contain all kind of violence for the sake of an age restriction but also was not to ridiculous. After all most of the people who will watch this film grew up watching the classic action films of the 80s and 90s. Well, Mr Stallone created one of the most important action movies – with Jet Li, Eric Roberts, Steve Austin, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Mickey Rourke – quite impressive isn’t it?

With so many actors fighting at the same time, sometimes I couldn't tell who was beating who. It didn't happen too often, but how superb would it be just for one moment to see 3 simultaneous fights from a super wide master shot? At least let the cameras pull back and allow the choreography to do the work. Terry Crews is nice guy, and surely he's an amazing actor and he was pretty believable and could have been a splendid character but the film gives you no background on him and you only see him at the beginning and end of the movie along with wrestler Randy Couture. If you don't have what to do with your cash, and you have some time that you don't know what to do with it, and you want to see a very entertaining movie - go and see another movie, not this one. If you want to see Stallone in some movie watch some old movie, but Expendables is movie very interesting to watch. I really enjoyed almost everything with this movie and I like very much almost everything – some scenes are amazing and watching this movie with advanced audio system is just EXTREMALY POWERFUL EXPERIENCE!

The Expendables describes a team of what could be considered mercenaries, or something like bounty hunters – most of them are ex-soldiers. They go on high-risk guns in hand, missions, and pick up the cash to them at the end of the day sit on the couch and talk with something in their hands – if you know what I mean… Sometimes on the screen there are so many cuts in the action scene that you can't tell what is going on. Jet Li versus Dolph Lundgren, was awesome scene fight big dude versus guy looking like boy (Li no offense but it’s true) that's very original; I mean I've definitely never seen that before. There is in movie very entertaining action scene, but it's maybe too short.

Stallone did a great job, because he brought some of his tense techniques from Rambo but was wise enough to go a little old school for other scenes. There are some kinetic action sequences but not Parkinson's suffering camera man action techniques like in the awesome Bourne films.

PS. Lionsgate lately announced a release date for "The Expendables II". The sequel of "The Expendables" is officially slated to hit theaters across the nation on August 17, 2012, almost 2 years after the first film was released!!!

As for the actors, most of the original casts are (maybe) come back, including Randy Couture, Jason Statham, Jet Li, and Terry Crews. Meanwhile, Arnold Schwarzenegger and are Bruce Willis expected to play bigger roles in the action film, rather than serving as cameos.
